Job Description:
We are looking for a driven and passionate college student majoring in Computer Science, Data Science, or Engineering, who excels in both technical development and leadership. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop an AI-driven mobile app that will transform leadership training for youth. You’ll work on developing the app over 4 months, with the goal of delivering a prototype by the end of the internship.
Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and test an AI-based mobile app for LeadYouth’s product line.

Integrate AI models to support features like personality development, leadership, and speech and debate simulations.

Collaborate with the LeadYouth team to ensure app alignment with the mission and goals.

Gather feedback through user testing to create a functional and engaging product.

Apply leadership and communication skills throughout the project’s stages.
Requirements:

Current college student majoring in Computer Science, Data Science, or Engineering.

Strong leadership, public speaking, and communication skills.

Emotional intelligence to understand the target audience and build an impactful app.

Previous experience in AI model development or machine learning algorithms.

Experience in mobile app development and relevant programming languages and frameworks.

Ability to deliver a prototype within 4 months.
Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar tools.

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced blogger who can create compelling, original articles centered around real-life scenarios and challenges faced by youth. The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills, a background in mentoring or youth development, and an understanding of issues that resonate with young audiences. Your work will be aimed at educating, inspiring, and guiding readers aged 8-16 by providing practical advice and relatable stories that encourage personal growth in leadership, communication, and emotional intelligence.
Key Responsibilities:

Write and submit 2 high-quality, original articles per month (approximately 800-1,200 words each).

Ensure all content is original, well-researched, and provides actionable insights tailored to youth.

Address real-life challenges faced by young people in the context of leadership, communication, and emotional intelligence.

Collaborate with the LeadYouth Education team to brainstorm article topics and receive content guidelines.

Conduct necessary research to stay informed on current issues affecting today’s youth and trends in youth development.

Create content that is engaging, relatable, and informative, avoiding the use of AI-generated material.

Incorporate storytelling techniques that draw readers in, using authentic examples and relatable scenarios.

Revise articles as needed based on feedback from the editorial team.
Topics and Themes: Content will focus on themes related to:

Building leadership qualities and handling responsibility.

Overcoming public speaking anxiety and enhancing communication skills.

Understanding and applying emotional intelligence in school and social settings.

Navigating social relationships, peer pressure, and self-confidence challenges.

Problem-solving and decision-making in real-life youth scenarios.

Real-life stories of teens overcoming challenges in leadership and communication.
LeadYouth will provide an outline of content topics for each article cycle. However, the blogger will also be expected to conduct research and bring fresh, timely ideas that reflect the current experiences and struggles of today’s youth.
Required Qualifications:

Experience in Writing: Proven experience in writing educational content, articles, or blogs, particularly aimed at youth or educational topics.

Background in Youth Development: Experience in mentoring, coaching, or working with young people in leadership or communication skills.

Research Skills: Ability to conduct independent research and present information accurately and engagingly.

Storytelling Ability: Strong capability to use storytelling to convey messages and connect with a younger audience.

Creativity and Originality: Commitment to producing original content that resonates with the experiences of young readers.

Excellent Communication: Strong command of written English with attention to detail, grammar, and overall content quality.
